Payment  Policy:

• A deposit of 50% of the rental fee must be paid in order to hold a reservation.
• The remaining 50% of the rental fee + $250 damage deposit + $125 cleaning fee must be paid at least 60 days prior to the reservation start date.

Cancellation Policy:

• Renters canceling more than 30 days prior to the reservation start date will be refunded all amounts paid in full.
• Renters canceling within 30 days of the reservation start date will have their damage deposit and cleaning fee refunded. If the unit can be rented during all or any part of the original reservation period, the period of the original reservation that has been taken will be refunded.
